These Terms of Service govern access to and use of grainessence.in and purchases made from Grain Essence.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under applicable law.
Where a purchase is made on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product names, descriptions, images, ingredients, pack sizes, prices and availability are accurate.
Natural agricultural products may reasonably vary in colour, grain size, appearance, texture or taste.
Website images are illustrative and screen settings may affect colour display.
The declarations printed on the physical product package, including ingredients, net quantity, batch, best-before date, manufacturer or packer information and statutory details, shall apply to the delivered product.
3. PRICES AND TAXES
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Prices may include applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
Shipping charges, discounts and the final payable amount are displayed before order confirmation.
Prices, offers and availability may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect an already confirmed order unless correction of an obvious error is required.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
We may cancel or limit an order where:
• A product is unavailable.
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.
• Payment is unsuccessful.
• Fraud or misuse is suspected.
• The address is incomplete or unserviceable.
• COD verification is unsuccessful.
• Quantities appear intended for unauthorised resale.
Where a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded.
5. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include online payment and Cash on Delivery.
Online transactions are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms and security procedures.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
6. DELIVERY
Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier operations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery, subject to rights relating to damaged, incorrect or missing goods.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
Due to the nature of edible products, opened or used food items are generally not returnable unless a verified defect or fulfilment issue exists.
8. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Discounts and promotional offers may be subject to:

• Usage limits.
• Validity dates.
• Customer or channel restrictions.
Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined.
We may withdraw an offer or cancel misuse of a promotion.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Grain Essence name, logo, mascot, product presentation, website content, graphics, photographs, text and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Grain Essence.

The website may use services provided by Shopify, payment gateways, courier partners, analytics providers, social platforms and other third parties.
We are not responsible for third-party outages or services beyond our reasonable control.
13. DISCLAIMER
Product information is provided for general food and purchasing purposes.
It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any condition.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
